Magillo broke the Guinness record for preparing the world’s largest lasagna. The gigantic dish was an expression of respect for the large number of Italians arriving in the city during Euro 2012, as well as for their representation, which chose Krakow as their seat for the duration of the matches played. The largest lasagna in the world was 26 meters long, 5.5 meters wide, 4,865 kg weight, and the process of its creation took over 10 hours. When the whole thing was ready, the dish was cut into about 10,000 portions and gave out to the audience.
